National Kidney Foundation Multispecialty Co-Management Workshop & Dinner

Description

Hosted by the National Kidney Foundation serving TX and OK, this in-person co-management workshop will bring together primary care providers, nephrologists, and allied specialists to explore emerging approaches to CKD prevention and care, including the integrated management of diabetes and hypertension. Participants will engage with expert insights and collaborative activities to build shared strategies for effective CKD co-management. 

The workshop and dinner are complimentary; registration is required.
